Fashion Monday 4.9.12. - back to work

We've got back from holidays and there are plenty of boxes full of new stuff waiting for us. Even before we were able to put everything to shelves and to our webshop you can see a small sample in today's Fashion Monday. All the new stuff is already ready to see (and buy) in our store and will be soon in webstore too. As you can see, Barbour Beacon Heritage pieces are just amazing..

For those which do not know our model: Honza is a store manager of Concept Qubus x Denim Heads and multi-talented person. Besides the fashion business he loves music. You can meet him on almost all the concerts in Prague but he is (was) also active in the legendary L'Point.

Fashion Monday 18.6.12. - Media Star

Luděk is our customer and a very inspiring person which makes no compromises when talking. Not very common these days. Besides that he is a popular media star. He started like an author in a couple of music magazines a long time ago, but then he worked also for Reflex, Esquire, Formule 1 magazine and many more. He is quite well known for his program me on Radio 1. He moderates his own show on TV Metropol and quite often he comments brodcasts of poker tournaments (obviously he enjoys to play poker as well).

Radek is our friend for a very very long time. He is a very good cook, loves to spend as much time as possible in the mountains. That is not exceptional, we would love to as well but not everyone can afford that. Thanks for coming!

Goorin Bros. - Bold Hatmakers

Oproti jiným značkám, které v Denim Heads nabízíme, nejsou čepice a klobouky Goorin Brothers na českém trhu úplně neznámé, nicméně svou historií, přístupem a hlavně kvalitou velmi snadno zapadá do našeho portfolia. Již roce 1895 prodal Cassel Goorin svůj první klobouk z koňské bryčky v Pittsburgu. V rodinné tradici dále pokračovali Casselovi synové, bratři Goorinové, kteří přesunuli v roce 1949 firmu na západ, do San Franciska. I dnes je podnik stále veden jedním z potomků starého Cassela, jeho pravnukem. Koncept zůstal stále stejný, řemeslné zpracování a originální design, který je inspirován nejen rozrostlou uměleckou komunitou v San Francisku. Casselův odkaz lze nalézt v každém detailu.

Neznamená to však, že jsou Goorin Brothers podnikem, který pouze těží ze své bohaté minulosti, naopak sledují a ovlivňují vše, co se kolem nich děje. To se nám samozřejmě moc líbí. O čem konkrétně se zde mluví se přesvěčte sami třeba na jejich blogu.

Za časů starého pána se klobouky upravovaly přesně dle potřeb zákazníků a tudíž byl každý klobouk jedinečný. Každý klobouk měl také svou unikátní krabici na míru. To bohužel již neplatí, ale kvalitní jsou stále. S čepicemi od Goorin Bros. máme již mnohaleté zkušenosti a můžeme potvrdit, že vydrží i každodenní nošení a občasné praní (neplatí pro slaměnné klobouky, víme?)

Tommy Lee měl z kloboku opravdu velkou radost

Klobouky i čepice jsou téměř vždy ve 4 velikostech (S, M, L, XL), takže se dá říci, že máme pokrývku na každou hlavu a rozhodně neplatí, že je to zboží pouze pro pány.
